Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in Texas and has been proclaimed by numerous publications as the "Best in Texas" with their brews winning awards in both U.S. and international competitions. This internationally known establishment not only serves some of the finest German brews and food, but is housed in a historical, refurbished 1890s rock building complete with fireplace, old wooden ceilings, antique lighting, copper, brass and stainless brewing equipment, and enclosed biergarten. In addition to craft beer, The Brewery offers tasty selections for lunch and dinner including German selections, burgers, pizza, salads, sandwiches and more!

Awesome beers great atmosphere! The Bed and Brew is so cool! You can really enjoy your time and just stumble upstairs if needed. The food is also very good! Id recommends this place to anyone visiting the area! Make sure you call ahead if you want to stay at the inn and don't forget to get your free beer tokens!

My wife and daughter and I stopped in for lunch on Memorial Day. Due to Covid-19 the had tables spaced apart, but we were still seated promptly. Service was prompt, courteous and attentive. The beer was outstanding and the food was excellent. The restrooms were clean. I will be back!
